March's $2 Monthly special is Swords and Sabers, focusing on one of cinema's oldest action and adventure traditions: swordfights and swashbuckling. The Swords and Sabers section runs the gamut from Errol Flynn's pirate adventures to their modern homages, the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, and into space with the Star Wars pictures' lightsaber duels. It even branches out into Kurosawa's classic samurai films, and includes the beef- and cheesecake swords and dragons films (you know... the kind that made Arnold Schwarzenegger a star). So Reckless Video has collected a healthy stack of flashing blades, and we're renting them for $2 a piece for the month of March.
