That's usually the way it goes... a lone survivor or a small group, struggling through a mostly empty world. The Reckless Spotlight has turned on the apocalypse: we have plenty of apocalyptic flavors on the wall, from the zero budget Corman camp of Gasssss! to the existential quest of The Quiet Earth, and even the earth destroying comedy of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the Nova and National Geographic documentaries about how the world would develop without people, and (of course) the Mad Max movies.
It's an ever changing cinematic world out ther, and Reckless Video's Spotlight section puts special attention on the movies that reflect what's happening right now.
